1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ey382 website accessible at ey382.io and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, services, and tools made available by ey382.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player to access and use Platform services.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account under a specific promotional offer, subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player using an approved payment method and credited to the Player's Account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

The ey382 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. ey382 will request documentary evidence of age as part of the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all pending bets will be voided, and any balance may be withheld pending investigation.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the ey382 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ey382 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is available for legal use in all locations. You must not use the Platform if doing so is prohibited under the laws of your jurisdiction. ey382 reserves the right to restrict or block access from any territory at its sole discretion without notice.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Account on the ey382 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or shared device or payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ey382 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, and withhold any balance pending a full investigation.

2.4 Employee Exclusion

Employees, contractors, agents, and associates of ey382 and its affiliated entities, together with their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not permitted to hold a Player account or participate in any real-money activity on the Platform.

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration

To access real-money services on ey382, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change. ey382 reserves the right to reject any registration application without being obliged to provide a reason.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility unless you have notified ey382 of unauthorised access in writing without undue delay. ey382 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, particularly where bKash, Nagad, or other mobile financial service wallets are linked to the Account.

3.3 KYC Verification

ey382 operates a mandatory KYC process. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents at any stage: a valid government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address issued within the last three months, and documentary evidence of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ey382 may result in suspension of withdrawals or account closure.

3.4 Account Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting ey382 support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with their applicable rules and any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ey382 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ey382 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by ey382 at the platform level, however individual payment method providers may apply their own daily, weekly, or transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider, which in the case of bKash and Nagad is typically under 60 seconds.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum single withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, unless ey382 expressly approves an alternative method in writing. Before any withdrawal can be processed, the Account must have completed KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must have been satisfied. ey382 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

4.4 Withdrawal Timeframes

ey382 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1–4 hours for MFS wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers. These timeframes are targets and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur where additional verification is required or where payment provider systems are experiencing disruption outside ey382's control.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. ey382 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 against the Account balance once dormancy status is confirmed, provided that the Account balance remains above zero. ey382 will notify the Account holder by email prior to the application of any dormancy fee.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and seasonal promotions offered by ey382 are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, bets placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to Baccarat and certain low-volatility slots — may contribute at a reduced rate toward the wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ey382 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonuses and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated play strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk, or any other conduct that ey382 determines, in its reasonable discretion, constitutes exploitation of a promotional offer.

5.4 Amendment and Withdrawal of Promotions

ey382 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in and commenced wagering, ey382 will use reasonable endeavours to honour any wagering progress already made at the time of withdrawal.

6 Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not accepted until a confirmation reference is displayed on screen and recorded in your Account's betting history. ey382 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet for any reason, including but not limited to: technical errors in odds pricing, suspected manipulation of an event, market suspension, or the maximum bet limit for a given market being exceeded.

6.2 Odds and Market Changes

Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. In-play markets may be suspended without notice. All cricket markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are governed by the sport-specific rules published on the Platform and are subject to official match result confirmation from the relevant governing body.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet will be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's Account in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time; a manifest pricing error is identified by ey382 prior to the event commencing; or the event is officially ruled to have been subject to match-fixing or corruption by the relevant sporting authority.

6.4 Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market and are published within the relevant market. ey382 reserves the right to impose reduced maximum payouts for specific events or player accounts where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Any winnings in excess of the published maximum payout for a given market will be reduced to the maximum payout amount.

7 Casino Game Rules

7.1 Random Number Generation

All casino games available on the ey382 Platform — including but not limited to slots, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and crash games — use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer dealing procedures that determine outcomes independently of any external influence. ey382 does not interfere with, influence, or modify game outcomes in any way.

7.2 Return to Player (RTP)

The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the game provider and is disclosed within the game's information panel. ey382 does not modify the RTP of any game from the value set by the provider. Actual individual session results will vary and do not predict future outcomes.

7.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to server disconnection, display error, or game software failure — the round in which the malfunction occurred shall be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's Account. ey382 is not liable for any losses or purported winnings arising from a malfunctioning game. The rule "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies in all circumstances.

7.4 Live Casino

Live casino games are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The specific rules governing each live casino game, including dealing procedures, side bet rules, and void hand procedures, are governed by the rules of the game provider and are accessible within the live game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the game provider's rules, the game provider's rules shall govern the outcome of that specific game.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ey382 Platform. Engaging in Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage of the KYC process.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit promotions, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds pricing, or glitches in game mechanics to place bets that would not otherwise be profitable under normal circumstances.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other financially motivated criminal activity.
• Attempting to charge back, dispute, or reverse any deposit transaction after bets have been placed using those funds.
• Sharing Account access with any third party, or allowing a third party to operate your Account on your behalf.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward ey382 support staff or other users of the Platform.

9 Responsible Gaming

ey382 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible from your Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure notifications that remind you how long you have been playing within a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gambling activity for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) without permanently closing your Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and once in effect cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ey382 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the exclusive property of ey382 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without prior written authorisation from ey382. Any use of ey382 trademarks, service marks, or trade names without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ey382 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other financial loss resulting from technical failures, network outages, payment provider delays, or any other circumstance beyond ey382's reasonable control.

ey382 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and network environment meet the technical requirements for reliable use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ey382's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ey382's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ey382 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the current version of the Terms periodically. The most current version of the Terms is always available at /terms-conditions.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ey382 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Players are encouraged to submit complaints by contacting ey382 support in writing, clearly setting out the nature of the dispute and the outcome sought.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to attempt resolution through a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution process before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. ey382 will acknowledge all formal written complaints within 5 business days of receipt and will aim to provide a substantive response within 20 business days.
